This is a user to user forum, not an Apple Support Team forum. In any event, this sounds like a Parallels problem as it's pretty unlikely that multiple versions of the operating system have defective or corrupted kernel extensions.

For what it's worth, I'm using Parallels 11 without issue on macOS Sierra to access Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows XP64, Windows 7 and Windows 10 virtual machines. I think you should go back to parallels Support. I avoided Parallels 12 because of all the problems users are reporting 🙂
