For what it's worth, I'm using Parallels 11 without issue on macOS Sierra to access Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows XP64, Windows 7 and Windows 10 virtual machines. I think you should go back to parallels Support. I avoided Parallels 12 because of all the problems users are reporting 🙂
